I offer both. In-person sessions are available in Edison, NJ and surrounding areas. Online coaching is available to clients anywhere — I use video calls, shared workout logs, and regular check-ins to keep momentum strong no matter where you are.
How is your approach different from a generic programme?

Everything is built from scratch for you. Your injury history, lifestyle, food preferences, schedule, and goals all shape the programme. I don't hand out templates — I spend time understanding you before writing a single session plan.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely — beginners are my favourite clients to work with. Starting right makes everything easier and safer in the long run. We'll move at a pace that builds your confidence alongside your fitness.
How long before I start seeing results?

Most clients notice improved energy, sleep quality, and mood within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically emerge between weeks 6–12 with consistent effort. Every body responds differently, and we track progress continuously to keep the programme optimised.
Do you offer Strength Training, TRX, and Kickboxing?

Yes — all three are core parts of what I do. Strength training forms the foundation of most programmes, building lean muscle, bone density, and metabolic health. TRX suspension training is excellent for functional strength and core stability with minimal equipment. Kickboxing adds high-intensity cardio, coordination, and a serious calorie burn. Sessions can be focused on one discipline or blend all three depending on your goals.
